PHASE 1: INITIATION
During this phase of the program you will lay the foundations for the rest of your journey via exploring the inner landscape of yourself and your current personal and professional environment. You will explore and intimately get to know the 4 bodies; physical, sensory, emotional and energetic, along with Mariana’s signature MAP process, to explore yourself and connect with your authenticity.
MODULE 1: THE PHYSICAL BODY
We start with the physical body. Gain awareness of your internal landscape
and how this translates into your external world.
MODULE 2: THE SENSORY BODY
Learn how the sensory body informs the different aspects of your life and
influences how you show up in communication and relationships.
Understanding your senses will empower you to enrich your relationship
with self, others and your environment.
MODULE 3: THE EMOTIONAL BODY
Explore the emotional body to truly see how it directs your energy, focus, communication and behaviour. Having familiarity with this body will allow
you to identify and shift your emotional state so you can better relate with
yourself and others in consciousness and authenticity.
MODULE 4: THE ENERGETIC BODY
Dive deep into the body that is your life force, your energy. Cultivate an
understanding of your unique energetic capacity and what your refuel sources
are. You’ll learn about your edges and what your energetic body needs to
be nourished.
BONUS MODULE: INTEGRATION
This is where everything becomes whole. We will look at how each of the bodies
are connected and weave these bodies into oneness so you can show up in an informed and holistic state.
PHASE 2: CHANGE AGENT
In this phase of the program you will open the doors to your conscious wisdom, allowing you to meet all tides of change that will occur in the industry and on a personal level throughout life, confidently.
Acquire wisdom and knowledge to transform how you navigate the world. Develop a skill set that will raise the frequency of your business and how you build authentic relationships with your clients and team.
MODULE 1: PSYCHOLOGY OF HAIRDRESSING
Understand the psychology behind the hairdressing industry, your business and
your purpose. You’ll look into the reason why hairdressing exists, how to create a
safe container for your clients and how to expand your peripherals beyond the
linear to create an immersive, holistic, harmonious experience.
MODULE 2: COMMUNICATION
Understand and be able to practically apply the skills of interpersonal communication and intimate relating with your clients. Understand the importance of listening and observing the information you pick up from clients via your senses to create results
with clients that have them feel deeply seen and heard.
MODULE 3: INNER STATES
Here you will learn how to identify your own inner state and those of your clients
so that you feel empowered to guide and support your clients into deep relaxation
and authentic states of being. You’ll work with your intuition, focus theory and learn
the profound effects of breath work.
MODULE 4: CLIENT CENTERED PRACTICES
This module takes the theory from the Inner States and brings them into action.
This is where you’ll gain the tools to integrate knowledge with practice using
modalities that will enable deeper connection with your clients alongside more authentic expression. You'll dive into awareness modalities such as Rites of
Passage, Shadow and Light and Cranial Sacral foundations.
WORKSHOP
Come together with your peers and Mariana to play face-to-face with all that has transpired so far. This will be your opportunity to dive deep with the support of
your facilitator, Mariana.
PHASE 3: TRANSFORMATION AGENT
This third phase is where knowledge meets magik and where you will meet your authentic self before going out into the world and transforming all the people that you touch.
MODULE 1: UNDERSTANDING YOUR MAGIK MAKE-UP
This is the foundation of your magik. You’ll come to understand what kind of healer you are and how to bring this into your sessions with your clients. You will also learn how to create an environment that reflects the magic that is authentic to you. The combination of reflecting both the internal landscape and external landscape helps infuse your sessions into a profound magical experience for you and your client.
MODULE 2: RITES OF PASSAGE & RITUAL
People that come to us, come for change. Inevitably, these changes are infused with a turning point in their life. In this module, you’ll experience a re-membering of life transitions and cycles, why these are important and how to honour them with your clients. You’ll understand the rituals and rites of passage associated with change to help guide your clients through easeful transitions.
MODULE 3: ARCHETYPES & THE KEYS OF TRANSFORMATION
Moving through change has many layers and archetypes are one of the most profound layers to understand and integrate into your sessions in order to facilitate deep, embodied transformation. You’ll learn the many archetypes that people move through over a lifetime, their purpose, their story and their reflections.
MODULE 4: CREATING YOUR NEW REALITY
Here you will design your new paradigm and cultivate your own brand. You’ll have the opportunity to dream into your new working environment and your signature boutique business to then present it to the world.
RETREAT
A face-to-face retreat where you will take all that you’ve learned and turn it into action. You’ll discover, see and feel your own magik alongside your transformation agent community and be supported to ground all that you've journeyed through, be initiated into your authentic self and come home.
